To ensure a safer drive for
all its customers, Zayani Motors have agreed to
equip all Mitsubishi cars with hands-free kits to
further enhance a safe and secure drive.
With the introduction of new
traffic laws in the kingdom, which are currently
being worked-on, car drivers who hold their mobile
phones to their ear while driving could be charged a
fine ranging from BD 50 to 500 or imprisonment for a
period of up-to 6 months.
The use of mobile phones while
driving is the most prominent factor which
jeopardizes the lives of both drivers and road
users. Recent evidence has indicated that a high
percentage of accidents are caused by drivers
talking on their mobiles rather than concentrating
on driving.
“In accordance with the new
traffic laws, we at Zayani Motors strive to provide
the best solutions to ensure drivers safety. Thanks
to the modern technology offered by Nokia, all
Mitsubishi cars will now feature hands-free sets
that will offer car drivers a reliable and safe
drive,” said Mr. Mohamed Sabra, Marketing Manager at
Zayani Motors.
Zayani Motors will be one of
the first to abide with the upcoming laws in drivers
safety thereby encouraging drivers to adopt a more
careful and proactive approach to driving.
All Mitsubishi cars will be
equipped a standard hands-free kit that includes a
choice of either a Nokia HF-35W Wireless Plug-in car
hands-free set or a Nokia BH-300 Bluetooth Set.
Present at the showroom will be a Nokia stand on
display offering customers the convenience and
option to change or upgrade their hands-free kits to
other models if they wish to do so. |
