Zayani Motors… Yet More Benefits

Mitsubishi even more desirable with their all new and improved Diamond Loyalty card, with more incentives, more benefits and more savings than ever before.

The Diamond Loyalty Scheme is an exclusive program where customers can take advantage of numerous benefits and rewards. By subscribing to the Scheme, customers are automatically entitled to receive a Diamond Loyalty Card that offers a comprehensive range of services and privileges for an initial cost of just BD 30, and only BD 20 annual renewal charge.

 “We now have many partners on board, plus benefits from Zayani Motors,” notes Ameena Al-Asfoor, customer relations manager for Zayani Motors. “You get discounts at any of their outlets when you present the Diamond Loyalty card. For example, there is an orthodontic surgery, clothes shops, restaurants, hotels, even a hospital where you can get discounts from 10-50% on products and services.

 “We have also increased the discounts at Zayani Motors. For example, before you got a 10% discount on labour charges, now you get a 15% discount on labour charges. And for spare parts, you get a 20% discount instead of 10%.”

When you sign up, you also receive a coupon booklet with savings in the region of BD1,000. Simply remove the desired coupon and present it at any of the Zayani Motors outlets around Bahrain to redeem it against the value of spare parts and services needed. For example, you can get discounts on oil changes, wheel alignment, and engine tuning, to name but a few.

The scheme is constantly being improved as well. All the partners that joined the scheme did so in the three months prior to the cards relaunch, but many new companies have since expressed in interest in getting on board. “I’m working on getting more outlets, because after we relaunched this card, many more businesses approached me,” says Ameena.

 “I would like to give it more of a woman’s touch as well, add more beauty salons and spas, flower shops, that kind of thing. It’s new for us to have partners on board, but already it’s very successful. I’m really grateful for the interest that’s been shown by businesses.”

In addition to the special discounts on spare parts, accessories and labour charges, Diamond Loyalty Scheme members can also take advantage of the 24-hour free recovery service, guaranteed same day delivery of service on routine maintenance jobs, free evaluation for trade-ins, vehicle collection and delivery upon request and much more.

 “We have really upgraded and renewed this loyalty card to make it extra great value for the customer,” Ameena adds.

 “The idea behind it is that if you own a Mitsubishi, we give you everything! You get these great offers, as well as the 10,000km service intervals, the lifetime warranty, and the trade-in facility, for example.”

 Upon subscription, members will be presented with a kit comprising the Diamond Loyalty Card, product brochure with details on card usage including details on benefits that can be obtained at program partner outlets/ venues and Zayani Motors.

 Outlets that are part of the Diamond Loyalty Scheme will have stickers in their windows, much like American Express or Visa stickers, to make it easier for members to spot the places where they can make savings with their card.
